Her work focuses on antitrust, data protection, contentious and non-contentious employment (including benefits and compensation), regulatory and compliance matters and blockchain. Anna also advices on M&A and general corporate matters in heavily regulated industries, such as banking, insurance, and healthcare and pharmaceuticals. In the blockchain space, she advises on regulatory matters, project structuring and choice of jurisdiction. Anna is a member of the Russian Association of Cryptoindustry and Blockchain (RACIB).
