About Emily Lam

Emily Lam is an international counsel at Debevoise & Plimpton in Hong Kong, and a member of the litigation department. With over 15 years’ experience in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including injunction applications, summary judgment applications, discovery applications, insolvency litigation and enforcement proceedings, she has acted on behalf of a wide range of clients including financial institutions, state-owned PRC companies, major international corporations, listed companies and high net worth individuals on matters including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, internet fraud and regulatory investigations.
