Samuel Fung
is an international counsel at Debevoise & Plimpton in Hong Kong, and a member of the litigation department. He advises the firm’s clients on the full spectrum of litigation matters, including white collar and investigations work. Samuel has particular experience guiding clients through the various civil, criminal and disciplinary proceedings and investigations being conducted by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) in Hong Kong.
