About Antoine Pian

Antoine Pian is an associate in Dechert’s financial services and asset management practice. Antoine advises French management companies on regulatory approvals and fundraising and has experience of structuring various types of investment funds. He also advises investors on their investments in French and foreign private funds and participates in the negotiation of secondary transactions and acquisitions of management companies. Antoine’s regulatory experience in financial regulation and asset management allows him to advise fund managers, MiFID-regulated entities, credit institutions and other regulated entities on regulatory aspects of their activities in France, including in respect of sustainable finance.
