Pierre-Emmanuel Floc’h
is an associate in Dechert’s tax practice. He focuses his practice on international and domestic tax matters, regularly advising clients on contentious and advisory aspects of taxation. He has gained experience in the tax structuring of LBO transactions and private equity funds, as well as on the tax implications of corporate transactions and reorganisations. Pierre-Emmanuel Floc’h also advises asset managers in relation to the tax structuring of their carried interest.
