Hans Jürgen Meyer-Lindemann
practises German and European competition law. He has handled high-profile merger control cases before the European Commission and national competition authorities; major cartel investigations in a variety of industries, including automotive, broadcasting and media, chemicals, consumer products, energy, financial services, health care, logistics, packaging, paper, pharmaceuticals, steel and telecommunications; and numerous litigation matters concerning both public and private enforcement before local and district courts, Germany’s Federal Supreme Court and the European courts. He is a frequent speaker and has published extensively on competition law matters. He is the co-editor and co-author of one of the leading commentaries on European and German competition law and honorary professor at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf.
