About Dale Cendali

Dale Cendali is the firm-wide head of Kirkland’s copyright, trade mark, internet and advertising practice group. She is an internationally recognised leader in the field of intellectual property litigation, having won numerous high-profile cases at all stages of litigation, including her recent victorious US Supreme Court argument in Lucky Brands. She is a leader in the Bar, among other things, having served as counsel to the Board of INTA and chairing three of its committees. Dale is a prolific writer and speaker, and a long-time distinguished adjunct professor at Harvard Law School, teaching trade mark and copyright litigation.
