Maarten de Boorder is a shareholder in the corporate practice of Greenberg Traurig. Maarten advises on all aspects of M&A and corporate law, with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions, often bearing a technology/deep tech angle. In particular, Maarten has a great depth of experience dealing with multi-jurisdictional projects, often bearing a transatlantic point of focus (assisting US companies investing in Europe and European companies investing in the Americas). In addition, Maarten has experience in setting up joint ventures, dealing with distressed assets and advising clients on matters relating to governance and shareholder disputes.
