Robert Hardy
has over 13 years of experience in antitrust litigation and competition regulation. He represents clients before the European Commission, the Dutch Competition Authority, Dutch administrative law courts and the EU courts in matters relating to cartels, dominance, merger control and state aid proceedings. Robert also represents clients before the Dutch civil law courts on issues relating to standard-essential patents and FRAND licensing disputes.
