About Ieshan Sinha

Ieshan Sinha is a part of the Disputes Team in Wadia Ghandy & Co’s Mumbai office. He generally advises and represents clients involved in corporate and commercial disputes. Ieshan has acted for clients in matters relating to investor–promoter disputes and other shareholder disputes, contractual disputes arising out of works and services contracts, recovery of debts, insolvency matters, construction contracts and development agreements. Ieshan’s focus is on arbitration and arbitration-related litigation, and he has advised and represented clients in domestic as well as international commercial arbitrations with seats in London and Singapore. He also regularly appears before the Bombay High Court and other civil courts in Bombay.
