About Helena Nazaré Valente

Helena Nazaré Valente began her career at Lektou in 2011 and became partner in 2023. She focuses on banking, finance, insurance, corporate, commercial, M&A, labour and immigration. Helena is qualified to practise in both Macau and Portugal, she is also a cross-border Macau lawyer recognised by the Guangdong Justice Department. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Hong Kong), a mediator recognised by the Macau Lawyers Association, and a member of JALP – the International Association of Young Portuguese Language Lawyers.
