About Tatiana Serrão

Tatiana Serrão is a partner at FBL ADVOGADOS, where she co-ordinates the Corporate and Foreign Investment practice. She has been registered as a lawyer with the Angolan Bar Association since 2010 and assists clients from various sectors and jurisdictions who wish to establish themselves in Angola. Tatiana has a degree in Law from the Catholic University of Angola/Law School, and a Master’s degree in Law from the Catholic University of Portugal/Lisbon Law School. Throughout her career, she has advised numerous international companies and individual clients on the incorporation of companies in Angola, corporate restructurings and M&A transactions across various sectors. She also has extensive experience in foreign investment procedures.
