Ahmad Al Dajani
is of counsel with DLA Piper’s US transportation practice, where he focuses on the regulatory and competition/antitrust aspects of aviation transactions. Ahmad represents carriers and other aviation stakeholders in DOT regulatory matters, including route, slot and frequency allocations and antitrust-immunity proceedings. Ahmad also advises aviation clients on compliance with DOT regulations, M&A, co-operation agreements, integration planning and related litigation and investigations by DOT and the US Department of Justice. Ahmad previously clerked for judges of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and two US district courts, and for the US Supreme Court’s Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure.
