About Lindsey Jordan

Lindsey Jordan is of counsel at DLA Piper and represents financial buyers, sponsors and tax equity investors in transfers of renewable energy tax credits as part of her tax practice, particularly for solar, geothermal and battery storage (BESS) technologies. Lindsey helps clients navigate complex transactions, run tax diligence, manage the tax insurance process and structure deals of up to USD1 billion. Lindsey has significant experience assessing credit and bonus eligibility, compliance and recapture. She is a member of the International Fiscal Association.
