About Ryan Moreno

Ryan Moreno is co-chair of leveraged finance and co-head of private credit and fund finance at DLA Piper. He represents banks and alternative lenders in structuring, negotiating and executing complex financing transactions. Ryan advises clients across the capital stack and throughout the life cycle of companies and funds. His practice includes acquisition financings, asset-based financings, unitranche facilities, securitisations, subscription facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities and warehouse facilities. He also advises asset managers on back leverage facilities and loan programmes, as well as insurance company capital structures. Ryan is also committed to pro bono and community service.
