Ryan Kramer is an associate in Ropes & Gray LLP’s strategic transactions group, with a focus on IP transactions in the life sciences and technology industries, including complex licensing arrangements, collaborations, M&A, and royalty monetisation transactions. Ryan’s experience in the industry predates his career as an attorney – as an undergraduate, he majored in neuroscience and medicine, health and society while working as a research assistant in the Vanderbilt University Institute of Imaging Science.
