About Christina Malz

Christina Malz is a counsel at SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz, where she advises on all aspects of German and EU antitrust law. She has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in cartel cases before the European Commission and the German Federal Cartel Office, as well as German and European courts. She regularly defends clients in national and international cartel investigations and has been involved in landmark cases such as the rail tracks, beer, freight forwarding, bathroom fittings or pesticides cartels. Christina’s practice also encompasses the defence against follow-on cartel damage claims, the organisation of antitrust audits and the implementation of compliance programmes.
