About Christoph Wenzel

Christoph Wenzel is an associate at SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz and has several years of experience in the areas of corporate law and corporate litigation. Christoph’s practice area includes advising companies, executive and supervisory boards, and company owners on all aspects of corporate law, corporate governance and corporate transactions. His practice also focuses on advising and representing clients in corporate law disputes. Christoph is a lecturer in corporate law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University (LMU) Munich.
