Nicolas Ott
is a partner of SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz and primarily practises in the areas of corporate law, M&A and compliance. He advises companies and shareholders on complex structural measures under corporate law (including cross-border) and in public and private M&A transactions. Nico is a lecturer at Heidelberg University, a frequent speaker at corporate law seminars and the author of numerous publications on corporate and capital markets law.
