About Sebastian Gröss

Sebastian Gröss is a counsel at SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz (Brussels), where he advises on German and European competition law. A particular focus of his work is competition litigation, including the representation of clients in cartel damages actions and abuse proceedings as before German courts as well as proceedings before the courts of the EU. He is also regularly involved in cartel proceedings. In addition, Sebastian has significant experience in advising national and international clients on vertical agreements – eg, on the design of distribution systems, and representing his clients in contentious matters involving distribution contracts.
