About Sebastian Gröss

Sebastian Gröss is a principal associate at SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz, where he advises on German and European competition law. A particular focus of his work is the representation of clients in cartel damages actions and abuse proceedings before German courts and the courts of the EU. He is also regularly involved in cartel proceedings. In addition, Sebastian regularly advises on questions of competition law in vertical agreements, where he advises on the design of distribution systems and represents his clients in contentious matters involving distribution contracts. He also has experience in merger control proceedings before the EC and the German Federal Cartel Office.
