About Simon Marchlewski

Simon Marchlewski is a senior associate in the Munich office of SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz. He is a member of the dispute resolution and commercial practice group. He specialises in advising and representing national and international companies on product safety and product liability matters. He regularly assists clients, including OEMs and suppliers, in complex liability and warranty cases as well as in regulatory issues related to product distribution. He also provides legal support for product recalls, including notification procedures and offers preventive advice to help clients manage risks in the supply chain.
