About Thomas Nägele

Thomas Nägele is a partner at SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz, specialising in intellectual property, trademarks and unfair competition, patent litigation, IT, cybersecurity and data protection; he also heads the IP/IT department. He is a lecturer at the University of Heidelberg and a member of numerous professional bodies, such as the executive committee of IZG – Interdisziplinäres Zentrum für Geistiges Eigentum an der Universität Mannheim e.V. (Interdisciplinary Centre for Intellectual Property at the University of Mannheim). He has contributed to a large number of articles in industry publications.
