About Cody Wright

Cody Wright is a partner in the technology group of A&O Shearman’s M&A practice. He is based in the firm’s Menlo Park office in Silicon Valley, after practising in New York for more than a dozen years. Cody has diverse experience in domestic, international and cross-border public and private M&A transactions, as well as in joint ventures and corporate governance matters, including activist defence. He represents companies in the technology, media, financial services, healthcare, mining and other industries. Prior to becoming an attorney, Cody was a software engineer for six years in the commercial aviation industry.
