He focuses his practice on advising financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a broad range of leveraged and structured finance transactions, including securitisations and structured financings, asset-based lending and warehouse facilities, direct lending, acquisition financings and refinancings, restructurings and private banking transactions and high-yield debt issuances.
