Dino Peragallo is senior counsel (knowledge) in A&O Shearman’s US leveraged finance practice, and has experience representing private equity firms, investment banks, and other financial institutions, as well as corporations, in connection with complex financing transactions. Dino has experience in both the syndicated and direct lending markets with extensive experience in the leveraged lending syndicated market in which he provides clients with pragmatic analysis and data.
