About Jake Mincemoyer

Jake Mincemoyer is a partner in A&O Shearman’s New York office, with 20+ years of experience in the US and European leveraged finance markets, and is the global co-head of the firm’s global debt finance group. He represents direct lending funds, investment banks and corporations in a wide range of finance transactions, including domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, recurring revenue financings, investment-grade facilities, asset-based lending facilities, bridge facilities, DIP financings and restructurings. Jake has deep experience in all aspects of the leveraged lending market and is on top of current market terms given his extensive activity acting for clients in both syndicated and direct lending financings.
