Robert J Cardone is a partner in the technology group of A&O Shearman's M&A practice. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office. Bobby’s practice focuses on M&A and other corporate matters for public and private companies and for private equity firms. He also helps clients with joint ventures, corporate governance, venture capital investments, spin-offs, tender offers, and the day-to-day legal aspects of their businesses. Bobby has represented and advised national and international clients from industries such as technology, financial services, aviation, defence, energy, healthcare, telecommunications, consumer products, real estate and software.
