is an associate at the firm and has experience in advising on a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, including contractual disputes; company disputes; shareholder, investor and funds disputes; contentious trust issues; and insolvency matters. Caitlin joined Carey Olsen in 2019, having trained in Scotland at leading international law firm Dentons UK and Middle East LLP. Alongside her traineeship, Caitlin also acted as a tutor on the International and European Media Law (LLM) Course at the University of Edinburgh from 2016 to 2019. Caitlin is a member of the Jersey Junior Lawyers Association.
