About Christopher Griffin

Christopher Griffin spearheads Carey Olsen’s fintech and digital asset practice in Jersey and is a key partner in the firm’s market leading funds practice. Chris’ notable fintech/digital asset matters in 2024 include advising Global X, CoinShares and Valour Inc on the cross-listing of their Bitcoin and Ethereum securities on the LSE and advising DeFinity Markets on the launch of its full-stack institutional digital asset electronic communication network for fiat and digital assets trading. He also advised Deep Blue on the issuance of its USD-denominated stablecoin, collaterised by low-risk assets and supported by an extensive ecosystem of key partners, and advised digital assets trading firm Elwood on its investment business licence.
