About Christopher Griffin

Christopher Griffin has broad experience of general international corporate and funds work. He has particular expertise in private equity, hedge and digital asset funds, having spent ten years as a corporate and funds lawyer in London. Chris advises on all aspects of fund and corporate transactions (including the legal and regulatory aspects of fund launches) and joint ventures. As part of the Jersey funds team, he also has considerable experience in dealing with the Jersey Financial Services Commission as regards navigating investment vehicles through the Jersey regulatory approval process. He also spearheads Carey Olsen’s digital assets practice, having advised on a series of token issuances, digital asset funds and exchanges.
