About Christopher Griffin

Christopher Griffin spearheads Carey Olsen’s fintech and digital asset practice in Jersey. Chris’ notable 2022 fintech/digital asset matters in Jersey included advising Moneybrain and AIMS on the launch of their respective crypto exchange services and advising on digital asset manager Valour Inc’s new digital asset exchange-traded products (ETPs) programme. He also advised on launches by Global X ETFs (of two ETPs) and Phillip Street Partners (of PSP Digital Macro Fund Limited), as well as the launch of new basket and index-linked digital asset-backed exchange-traded notes (ETNs) as part of CoinShares’ ETN programme. In addition, Chris supported Play Ventures on the launch of its venture capital blockchain and metaverse gaming fund.
