About Alex Hall Taylor KC

Alex Hall Taylor KC is head of Carey Olsen’s BVI dispute resolution and insolvency practice. He lives and works in the BVI, appearing regularly in the Commercial Court. Alex has over 25 years’ court experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution across a broad range of commercial, company, shareholder, trusts, insolvency, restructuring, civil fraud, asset tracing, security enforcement, tax, professional liability and fiduciary claims, arbitrations and mediations. He has extensive case management, interlocutory, trial and appellate advocacy experience, including before the Privy Council. He is a CEDR-accredited mediator. He is a member of the BVI Bar Association, RISA and the Chancery Bar Association.
