is an associate at the firm and advises on a wide range of civil litigation, including trusts, insolvency and commercial disputes in addition to advising on regulatory matters. He is also regularly involved with applications to the Royal Court concerning insurance transfer schemes and schemes of arrangement. Dean was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales, where he was subsequently also called to the Bar. He has recently co-authored several articles on trusts matters in Jersey and is a member of the Jersey Compliance Officers' Association.
