About Denis Olarou

Denis Olarou is a partner at Carey Olsen and advises on all aspects of insolvency litigation. His practice also encompasses general commercial litigation, including disputes arising from fraud, shareholder and joint venture conflicts, professional negligence, and general contract and tort claims. He has also represented clients in commercial and treaty arbitrations. Denis acts for insolvency practitioners, corporates, high net worth individuals and government entities. He joined Carey Olsen from Jones Day and was admitted as an attorney-at-law of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands in 2016. He is a member of INSOL International and is a native Russian speaker.
