About Elaine Gray

Elaine Gray is a partner at Carey Olsen and head of the firm’s Guernsey dispute resolution and litigation team. She advises local and international clients on commercial and trust litigation, employment, data protection, competition law, public law and intellectual property matters. Elaine is a past President of the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Chancery Bar Association. She appears regularly in courts and tribunals at all levels in Guernsey and for several years acted as Adjunct Professor of Civil Litigation to the Guernsey Bar. She is also a Certified International Privacy Professional (CIPP/E).
