About Elaine Gray

Elaine Gray is partner and head of Carey Olsen's Guernsey dispute resolution and litigation team. She advises local and international clients on commercial and trust litigation, employment, data protection, competition law and intellectual property matters. Elaine is the immediate past President of the Guernsey Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPs), the Channel Islands Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), and the Chancery Bar Association. She appears regularly in courts and tribunals at all levels in Guernsey and is the immediate past Adjunct Professor of Civil Litigation to the Guernsey Bar. She is also a Certified International Privacy Professional (CIPP/E).
