About Eleanor Davies

Eleanor Davies is a senior associate at Carey Olsen and advises on a wide range of civil litigation, including trusts, insolvency and commercial disputes. She has a particular interest in unfair prejudice claims, alongside a broad trusts practice advising both beneficiaries and trustees. Eleanor was called to the English Bar in 2015 and the Jersey Bar in 2021, and regularly appears before the Jersey courts. She is a member of the International Women in Restructuring and Insolvency Confederation (IWIRC), the Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Experts (ARIES) and the Contentious Trusts Association (ConTrA).
