About Katrina Lindsay

Katrina Lindsay is an experienced corporate and finance lawyer and a key member of Carey Olsen’s growing virtual assets practice, where she advises clients engaged in all areas of Web3, fintech, and virtual assets ‒ ranging from token issuers, market makers and both centralised and decentralised cryptocurrency and crypto derivatives exchanges. Katrina is able to assist with all stages of a company’s life cycle, from incorporation and early-stage seed financing to regulatory reviews and applications for regulatory approval. She is also a member of the Virgin Islands Virtual Assets Association, founded to serve as a representative body for those in the financial services industry who are actively engaged in the virtual assets space.
