About Jennifer Haworth

Jennifer Haworth is counsel in the dispute resolution and litigation team at Carey Olsen. She has experience in a wide range of commercial and civil litigation, including commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, and contentious regulatory and compliance matters. Jennifer also has extensive experience of contentious employment-related disputes, including regulatory-related matters such as data protection and privacy and advising on disputes and investigations. She has appeared as an advocate in the Bermuda Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal for Bermuda as well as at tribunals. Jennifer has experience of acting for regulated entities in the telecommunications, energy and insurance sectors.
