About Sam Dawson

Sam Dawson is the head of the Carey Olsen dispute resolution and insolvency practice in the Cayman Islands. He has over 15 years’ experience litigating complex cross-border commercial disputes in the Cayman Islands, with a primary focus on the financial services sector. He has particular expertise in the field of insolvency and restructuring and is regularly instructed to act in relation to both contentious and non-contentious matters. In addition to litigating cases in the Cayman Islands, Sam has also given expert evidence of Cayman Islands law in courts outside of the Cayman Islands, including the USA and the UK.
