About Steven Balmer

Steven Balmer is a senior associate at Carey Olsen and an advocate specialising in commercial litigation, trust litigation and insolvency matters. He works on a range of high-value commercial cases, contentious multi-jurisdictional litigations and insolvencies for both domestic and international clients. Steven trained with a national firm in Scotland and, prior to that, spent two years working at the Judicial Institute of Scotland. He is a member of INSOL, a committee member of the Guernsey International Legal Association (GILA), the Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Experts (ARIES), the International Bar Association, and the Asset Recovery Next Gen Association.
