Cassie Holt
is a senior associate at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP focusing on employment law matters. She has experience counselling clients in responding to EEOC inquiries, wage and hour demands, claims of discrimination or harassment, hostile work environments and best practices for internal investigations. Cassie has helped clients address these issues, as well as state and federal statutory and constitutional claims, from the beginning through complex discovery, state and federal court trials, and appeals. Cassie has significant experience trying federal discrimination cases and was part of a trial team defending claims under North Carolina State law for alleged violations of restrictive covenants, unfair and deceptive trade practices and employment torts.
