About Ben Hutman

Ben Hutman is a partner in Sadis’s litigation group. Ben concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in diverse matters, including business divorce, securities litigation, commercial contract disputes, unfair competition, privacy litigation and shareholder derivative suits, among other commercial matters. Ben has successfully fought for his clients on matters in New York State trial and appellate courts, the Southern District of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, FINRA arbitrations and AAA arbitrations. In addition, together with local counsel, Ben has successfully represented clients in various other state and federal courts.
