About Diane L McGimsey

Diane L McGimsey is a partner in S&C’s litigation group and the firm’s employment law group. Before joining S&C, she served as a law clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas of the US Supreme Court and to Chief Judge J Harvie Wilkinson III of the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Ms McGimsey represents clients in a wide range of federal and state litigation matters at the trial and appellate level. She focuses on the defence of private class action securities, antitrust litigation, employment litigation and whistle-blower litigation, as well as handling matters for clients as plaintiffs in commercial disputes.
