About Arnaud Berdou

Arnaud Berdou is a partner in Sullivan & Cromwell’s capital markets and foreign investment groups in Paris. He advises issuers, shareholders and financial institutions on a broad range of capital markets transactions in France, with particular expertise in equity offerings (including IPOs, rights issues and accelerated bookbuilds) and take-private transactions. Drawing on his extensive experience in the French market, Arnaud regularly contributes to legal publications and teaches Business Law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Magistère Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE).
