is counsel in the corporate department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP's Munich office where he focuses on cross-border private equity and M&A transactions. Florian also has extensive experience in advising on regulatory matters, in particular with respect to German and EU foreign investment review processes. Florian is a graduate of Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. Following legal training and qualification in Hamburg in 2015, he worked as an assistant vice president with Deutsche Bank in its global capital markets and advisory division. Florian was admitted to practise as a lawyer in Germany in 2016.
