About Akaraporn Kulvijit

Akaraporn Kulvijit is a partner in the dispute resolution practice at Weerawong C&P, advising domestic and international clients on complex commercial litigation, shareholder and corporate disputes, white-collar offences, insurance claims, and labour law matters. He has extensive experience representing clients before Thai courts and arbitral tribunals, and is recognised for leading matters strategically from pre-litigation through trial and enforcement. He has served on the committee of the Young Thailand Arbitration Center (YTHAC), is a contributing author to publications of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, and serves as co-chair of the Legal Council of the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand.
