About Sarocha Thongperm

Sarocha Thongperm is a counsel in the litigation and arbitration practice group at Weerawong C&P. Sarocha specialises in Thai court and cross-border litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration under the rules of major arbitration institutions such as the ICC. She advises clients on civil and criminal proceedings, competition law, business rehabilitation, and administrative law disputes. She has experience of advising clients in a variety of sectors including oil and gas, renewable energy, real estate and construction, insurance, hospitality, consumer goods and services, and transportation. Sarocha is listed as an arbitrator in the Register of the Thailand Arbitration Institute and a member of the Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre Council.
