About Peerapat Kumpayorm

Peerapat Kumpayorm is a partner in the projects and government practice group of Weerawong C&P. He advises private and public sector clients on public-private partnerships (PPPs), including preparing terms of reference and requests for proposals, drafting and negotiating PPP agreements and assisting in PPP contract management, as well as project agreements (engineering, procurement and construction contracts and operation and maintenance agreements). He is an adviser for major infrastructure projects and the government of Thailand. Peerapat also has significant experience representing domestic and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment and commercial agreements.
