About Eduardo Flores

Eduardo Flores is a partner in White & Case SC's global capital markets practice, advising issuers and underwriters on public and private securities offerings, including FIBRAs, CKDs, securitisations, and unsecured and subordinated debt. He has significant expertise with financial institutions and fintech clients and represents domestic and international lenders across a broad range of financings. Recognised as one of Mexico’s most active lawyers in the fintech ecosystem, Eduardo was instrumental in negotiating secondary regulation under the Fintech Law. He previously served as Vice-President of Securities Supervision at Mexico’s National Banking and Securities Commission, where he led key regulatory and market infrastructure initiatives.
