About Eduardo Flores Herrera

Eduardo Flores Herrera is part of the global capital markets practice of White & Case. He advises issuers and underwriters on public and private securities offerings, including real estate investment trusts, certificates of capital development, securitisations and debt. Eduardo has significant expertise working with financial institutions and fintech clients and also represents domestic and international lenders in a broad range of financings. He is considered one of the most active lawyers in the new fintech ecosystem in Mexico and was actively involved in the negotiation of the secondary regulation under the Fintech Law. Eduardo served as vice-president of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
