Narciso Campos
is a partner in White & Case SC's global capital markets practice, advising financial institutions on complex regulatory matters across banking, capital markets, financing, and M&A. His regulatory expertise spans corporate governance, AML/CFT compliance, payment systems, and consumer protection. He previously served as Chief for Banking, Securities and Savings at Mexico’s Ministry of Finance, where he worked on FIBRA-E and CERPI regulations and was a key architect of the landmark 2014 financial reform, the Mexican Fintech Law. He also served as Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Foreign Affairs, playing a central role in the renegotiation of NAFTA.
