About Kiara Williams

Kiara Williams is a law clerk in White & Case LLP’s tax controversy group, based in Washington, DC. Kiara’s practice focuses on representing taxpayers in proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service, at both the examination and appeals levels. She maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on excessive force claims and Fourth Amendment protections. Kiara received her BA from the University of Maryland and her JD from Howard University School of Law. At Howard, Kiara studied at FGV Law School of Sao Paulo, focusing on International Human Rights. She is admitted to practise before the US District Courts of New York.
